PACT Construction has yet again proven their ability to deliver high quality and complex builds, recently completing the Cadogan Song School and Church House for the Anglican Church in Perth.
The two projects are the final pieces in the Cathedral Project, which includes the recently finished State Buildings / Como Hotel, office tower and new library.
Both builds required a unique approach and great attention to detail.
The Song School involved very intricate precast concrete panels, which ended up being manufactured in Adelaide and trucked to Perth. The elaborate spiral staircase was formed and cast on site, but materials for the concrete mix were trucked from Adelaide to ensure a perfect colour and texture match.
This followed the "reverse build" achieved at Church House which essentially involved building up and excavating and building down at the same time.
ABN Group Managing Director, Dale Alcock congratulates the PACT Construction team for completing these two very complex projects as part of one very challenging contract.
"I am very proud that the completion of these projects provides proof of our ability to take the challenge on and deliver stunning outcomes" Mr. Alcock says.
