Back in 2004, we saw the opportunity for a nimble and collaborative commercial construction business to service the WA community. ABN Construction (later named PACT Construction) was then born, leveraging the responsiveness and agility of a small firm with the large-scale efficiencies, strength and financial security of a major builder.
Over its 20-year history, PACT has continued to demonstrate excellence in construction, delivering 128 projects across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, education, retail, aged care, multi-residential, industrial, and health.
Some of PACT’s notable recent projects include:
- ABN Group headquarters in Leederville
- NOMA Residences in Mosman Park
- The Camfield in Burswood
- Bob Hawke College in Subiaco
- Riviere Residences in Applecross
In total, PACT has completed $2 billion in commercial construction projects, delivering projects safely and to the highest quality.
The dedication, innovation and hard work of the PACT team have seen PACT win dozens of industry awards, cementing their reputation for excellence in the commercial construction industry.
