Forbes Residences achieves Practical Completion

We are excited to announce that PACT Construction have recently achieved Practical Completion on their Forbes Residences project in Applecross.

The $90m 13-storey luxury development in the sought-after Kintail Quarter Precinct was designed by Singapore-based firm WOHA and Perth firm MJA Studio, beginning construction in late 2021.

Delivered for Mustera Property Group, the stunningly designed building features 34 three and four-bedroom apartments, an infinity pool, a gym, a function room, 20 short-stay apartments, commercial tenancies, community gardens, co-working spaces and a civic hall.

Forbes Residences is targeting a five-star Green Star rating, with natural cross ventilation throughout the building, rooftop solar powering common area services, wind scoops to ventilate basement levels with fresh air and recycled wastewater for garden irrigation.

Realising and executing the exceptional design was a priority on this project, and we would like to recognise PACT’s phenomenal project team for their efforts in delivering this world-class building.

Visionary projects like Forbes can only be realised with significant amounts of problem-solving and planning.

The outstanding delivery Forbes serves as a great demonstration of the power of our people and what can be achieved through collaboration and commitment to excellence.

We think these stunning images by Dion Robeson speak for themselves.

A special thanks to all partners, subcontractors and suppliers who were resilient in their approach and delivered a high-quality project for the client.
