ABN Training strives to provide exceptional training and mentoring support to its apprentices and host trainers.

ABN Training uses an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network provider as a third party to provide mentoring and mediation to support dispute resolution. Use of an external mentor or mediator may be at the cost of the complainant.
As per Standard 3 of the National Standards for General Training Organisations, ABN Training has appropriate structures, accountability and controls, as well as effective administrative procedures in place for responding to and resolving disputes.
